Introduction

Genealogy Today owns and operates family history web sites that help researchers locate online information and promote collaboration through the innovative use of technology.

Established in 2005 by Illya D’Addezio (blog), Genealogy Today is a limited liability corporation located in the state of New Jersey. Prior to the formation of this LLC, the business was managed as a sole propietorship and dates back to February 1999 when the flagship site was launched.

Our site portfolio continues to grow; with careful investments in established sites that complement our core values. Beginning in 2003, Genealogy Today entered into the subscription database market with the launch of Family Tree Connection and has since expanded its offerings.
